  • Demonstrates proactive behavior in program/project planning, including defining scope, creating/maintaining timelines and schedules, identifying dependencies and impacts
  • Experienced in communication and relationship management with internal business stakeholders, external vendors, senior leaders, and executives
  • Ability to exercise direct and indirect influencing with autonomy, while maintaining support from senior leadership
  • Strong skills in comprehensive yet concise status and progress reporting for transparency on completion and risks

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program and/or project execution aligned with business strategic goals
  • Deliver governance, standards, planning, coordination, reporting, and monitoring for a diverse mix of strategic programs/projects
  • Represent the team to internal business stakeholders and external vendors, partnering for successful program/project start-up and completion
  • Provide comprehensive yet concise status and progress reporting to stakeholders and executives for transparency into completion and risks
  • Work independently to plan and manage large and/or complex strategic programs/projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Define program/project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths
  • Collaborate with finance and business unit leaders to track and report monthly program/project, travel, and other expenses
  • Create executive-level and working group reporting assessing and communicating program/project status, completion, and risks
  • Engage proactively in planning activities: define scope, create/maintain consolidated timelines/schedules with milestones, identify/communicate dependencies and impacts, and implement mechanisms for ongoing control
