Administer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, with quality, and within budget
Develop the project plan and/or implement an established plan, monitoring progress and performance against it
Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays
Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements, identifying cost estimates, resources, and time required
Ensure project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status within and beyond the project team
Work with stakeholders to identify and establish priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones
Ensure project delivery to the internal and/or external client’s satisfaction
Administer projects requiring work with multiple functional areas or small teams (e.g., Training, IT, Marketing)
Manage projects with minor customizations to standard, repeatable processes and plans
Guide project plans using standard templates with simple revisions for minor customizations
Identify the need for issue escalation, typically with direct supervisor or within the project team
Direct projects with potential for scope change, involving collaboration, negotiation, and/or conflict management with stakeholders
Ensure all projects are properly and accurately estimated and timely billed
Monitor and track to the budget, requesting assistance to resolve variances if needed
