Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in Jira administration, Jira workflows and reports, Jira automation, and integrations. They should also have a solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, along with experience in managing Agile, Scrum, or Kanban-based projects.
The Project Manager II will oversee project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines; design, implement, and optimize Jira workflows and automations to improve project efficiency; manage Jira integrations with third-party tools and internal systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless adoption of Jira best practices; develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation rules to enhance project tracking; provide training and support to teams on Jira usage, automation, and integrations; identify process gaps and implement improvements using Jira’s advanced capabilities; and ensure adherence to project management fundamentals (scope, risk, schedule, and quality management).
