Collect, review, and disseminate information on engineering services, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, design, bid preparation/bidding, procurement, construction, record keeping, right-of-way, and environmental activities
Perform project risk analysis, including use of Monte Carlo simulation, providing inputs and reviewing results
Develop business cases, determine project development phase, perform gap analysis on deliverables, describe program management principles, generate program objectives/critical success factors, and ensure project alignment
Write scope definition documents, develop scope change management procedures (including formal MOC), and use similar documentation from prior projects
