Requirements

  • Experience leading teams of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers (for Sr. level)
  • Management of larger departments and/or product categories (at level 6)
  • Ability to lead initiatives beyond normal responsibilities (at level 6)

Responsibilities

  • Drive all phases of Owned Brand product creation, from project kick-off through results analysis
  • Create and own Project Plan, State-Gate Approach, and End-to-End Timing & Action (T&A) to support integrated project and packaging creation process
  • Establish optimal approach for projects, product categories, and business partners to ensure efficiencies and meet guest needs, including R&D and out-of-cycle activities for all Owned Brand categories
  • Partner with project team and stakeholders to define project requirements, constraints, assumptions, deliverables, resources needed, and timelines
  • Outline project requirements and seek input from all functional areas
  • Ensure projects align with primary project calendar and deliver on business objectives, strategy, and goals
  • Coordinate all tasks outlined in the project plan from kick-off through results analysis
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in future projects using analytics, reporting, and hind-sighting to improve State-Gate and Project Plans
  • Establish a single source of truth T&A outlining owners, actions, and timing from project activation through results analysis evaluation
  • Oversee and track T&A activities, document changes to drive accountability, and apply learnings to future projects
  • Own project resource management activities and processes
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align resources
