Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)

Responsibilities

  • All activities related to the execution of a service project, including scope management, delivery date management, communication of contract requirements, cost assessment and management including facilitation of payment when payment is past due
  • Apply project methodologies to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work together with people from all aspects of business to achieve overall project completeness and customer satisfaction
  • Relay commercial and technical information given back to customer during lifecycle of project
  • Handle simple project processes (detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge)
  • Handle targeted clients (contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed)
