Requirements

3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in delivering medium-to-large scale projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working with executive leadership
Strong budget, resource, and risk management capabilities

PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecycle—from initiation through to closure
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and communication strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor and report on project progress, using appropriate tools and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and stakeholder accessibility
Communicate regularly with senior leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors, providing status updates, escalations, and strategic guidance
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities within the organisation
