Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support for large-scale cross-enterprise initiatives, including navigating AI governance and AI risk management
  • Organize workstreams, set agendas, track progress, and manage milestones and deliverables (Program & Project Management)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and ensure alignment across teams (Stakeholder Engagement)
  • Provide project management support for initiatives involving coordination across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business partners
  • Support enhancements to Fidelity’s AI risk management framework and governance processes
  • Rapidly translate complex ideas into compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences (Visual Storytelling)
