Bachelor’s degree
2-5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in legal, risk, compliance, or technology domains
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong relationship building, networking, and organizational navigation skills
High degree of executive presence due to exposure to senior management
Ability to develop an understanding of complex and new subject areas quickly
Skilled in synthesizing complicated ideas into easy-to-understand materials, including delivery of executive-level presentations
Comfortable taking direction from multiple leaders, open to constructive feedback, and working independently with ambiguity
Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and employ sound judgment

Responsibilities

Provide critical support for large-scale cross-enterprise initiatives, including navigating AI governance and AI risk management
Organize workstreams, set agendas, track progress, and manage milestones and deliverables (Program & Project Management)
Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and ensure alignment across teams (Stakeholder Engagement)
Provide project management support for initiatives involving coordination across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business partners
Support enhancements to Fidelity’s AI risk management framework and governance processes
Rapidly translate complex ideas into compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences (Visual Storytelling)
