Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship)
Typically requires a minimum 8+ Years experience managing projects in an Engineering-focused Product Development environment (preferred)
Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience (preferred)
Project Management certificate or PMP certification (preferred)
Experience with and/or certification in one or more agile methodologies, e.g. certified scrum master (preferred)
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills (preferred)
Experience planning projects with Project applications (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.) (preferred)
Experience with Atlassian suite of applications: Jira, Jira Align and Confluence (preferred)
Experience with standardized Product Development processes including use of stage gating (preferred)
Demonstrated project experience with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering disciplines (preferred)
Basic understanding of the software, firmware, mechanical, electrical and hardware engineering disciplines needed for planning and risk mitigation discussions within projects

Responsibilities

Manage project planning and execution activities, coordinate resources, and manage finances for product development projects
Lead teams comprised of cross-functional resources for the development and implementation of new product design which include manufacturing, sourcing, and quality
Support the Agile framework that each of your projects operates under
Monitor the project timeline, key milestones, and budget
Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues to various stakeholder groups
Report to business management and senior management on progress while ensuring the project commitments are achieved
