Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of creative production services across various channels – ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Serve as the central point of contact across departments including Strategy, Client Partnership, Creative, Copy, Design, and Build
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation including timing plans, cost estimates, and resource bookings
  • Actively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Work with the finance and account teams to complete weekly revenue reconciliation reports, supported by bi-weekly burn meetings
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support multi-channel campaign execution
