Requirements

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowie in der Koordination größerer Produktionen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Medienbespielungen (z.B. (Touch)Anwendungen, AR-Produktionen, Messebespielung, Virtual Production etc.)
  • Affinität zu aktuellen, digitalen Live Communication Trends
  • Ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln in Verbindung mit hohem Maß an Markenverständnis
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ein gutes Gespür für die passende Kommunikation im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities

  • Kalkulation, Planung und Umsetzung von Kreativkonzepten und interaktiver Experiences für Web-, Mobile-, AR- und VR-Plattformen – insbesondere im Kontext von Brand Spaces, Retail-Formaten und Live-Kommunikation
  • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller produktionsrelevanten Aktivitäten: von der Konzeption, Kalkulation über Planung und Umsetzung bis hin zur Auslieferung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Timing und Budget
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensbasierten Beziehung zu unseren Kund:innen und Partner:innn
  • Beratung unserer Kunden rund um das Thema “Interactive Live Communication” (zB. Realtime-3D-Projekte mit der Unreal Engine), Medienbespielung, Metaverse, Animation, Virtual Production, Postproduction
  • Rekrutierung und Koordination von Freelancern, externen Dienstleistern und Kooperationspartnern
  • Mitentwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der internen Strukturen und der Projektperformance
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen sowie eigenständiges Präsentieren von Projekten vor Kunden
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortliches Arbeiten im Team
