Requirements

  • Strong background in Project/Program Management within professional services or technology consulting
  • Experience with EPM/CPM (Corporate Performance Management) systems
  • Familiarity with Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar planning technologies (a plus)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Leader of others; leads by example
  • Strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels
  • Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Comfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on single workstream (managing and doing)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple concurrent EPM/CPM (consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions) projects across clients
  • Ensure quality delivery and successful execution of engagements
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, minimizing escalations
  • Manage both implementation teams and client stakeholders
  • Drive project execution using project management tools, keeping tasks on schedule
  • Provide clear direction and ensure progress without relying solely on team status updates
  • Support cross-practice and logistics needs, given changes and dependencies across teams
  • Define and support project teams in delivering key project outputs, including business requirements, design documents, status updates, and task trackers
  • Travel to client site as needed
