Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives with significant budgets, risk, and cross-functional complexity, along with proven ability to build and optimize operational systems that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and execution across multiple teams. Strong cross-functional leadership skills are required, demonstrating experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX teams to drive alignment and execution, and expertise in Agile methodologies with the capacity to guide teams through iterative improvements while maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will track complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress. You will oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process, serving as a key connector between teams and working closely with stakeholders across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX—to align efforts, strengthen partnerships, and remove obstacles. You will deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, establish regular touchpoints and reporting, define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress, facilitate regular reflection to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, and oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards.
