Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of four years of engineering or project management experience is required, along with experience in New Product Introduction within a regulated environment. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and experience with project management tools and techniques are also necessary. Experience in an FDA-regulated or similar industry is beneficial, as is familiarity with GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and process/product validations.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects, leading engineering teams to deliver key programs or projects within specified timelines, quality requirements, and budgets. They will manage project scope, schedule, and budget, working closely with Product Development, Advanced Technology, and Global Marketing to drive successful implementation. The Project Manager will also conduct audits, deliver training, advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, identify and manage project risks, and participate in the selection, training, and performance appraisal of project resources. Furthermore, they will actively engage with Manufacturing Operations to evaluate process layouts and ensure optimal process flow, and contribute to the selection of new products per cost and time commitments.
