Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the glazing or curtain wall industry. Strong financial management skills, including cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting, are required, along with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors. Experience with bonding, insurance, and warranty processes is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and completing construction projects safely and with quality, managing all internal departments, serving as the main point of contact with clients, and establishing long-term customer relationships. They will conduct site inspections, review drawings and specifications, manage schedules and budgets, evaluate progress, and ensure proper documentation and handover procedures are followed. Furthermore, they will proactively assess client needs, guide projects to success, and report any issues or concerns to the Project Director and relevant departments.
