Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Working under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
  • Exercising substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
  • Influencing customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Developing strong relationships at all levels within the business
  • May have some responsibility for the work of others and for the allocation of resources

  • Defining, implementing, and communicating beneficial changes to the PMO processes
