Expertise in cloud transformation, including on-prem to cloud migration
Hands-on leadership of complex projects with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of public sector standards, policies, best practices, federal security, IT, and PM standards
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira dashboards for metrics tracking
Ability to stay current with applicable public sector regulations and compliance
Availability during core customer hours and support for in-person collaboration

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and software modernization initiatives
Manage multi-disciplinary teams using SCRUM, Kanban, or hybrid agile methodologies
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly
Serve as primary point of contact for government clients, providing status updates, progress reports, and decision support
Ensure compliance with federal security, IT, and PM standards throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate change management processes for integrating new cloud platforms, applications, and workflows
Conduct lessons-learned sessions post-project and implement improvements
Drive continuous improvement across projects and teams
Identify and remove blockers in collaboration with Scrum Masters
Foster collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Maintain Agile tracking systems for accurate, actionable metrics
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams during the lifecycle
Mentor team members in agile practices and cloud transformation methodologies
Oversee budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and report metrics, risks, and status to leadership
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through active engagement and communication
