Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting software engineering teams
Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and when to apply them
Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments (preferred)
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
CSM, PSM, or related Agile certifications (preferred)
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and/or regulated industries (e.g., government, defense, financial services) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to ensure smooth, value-driven delivery
Coach & Mentor: Guide product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on agile best practices, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and resolve impediments that slow down delivery across multiple teams
Drive Transparency: Ensure visibility into sprint progress, capacity, and risks through effective use of tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Executives to align sprint goals with business priorities
Improve Processes: Continuously assess and refine how we deliver software, balancing speed, quality, and compliance
Champion Culture: Foster an environment of trust and collaboration while maintaining a high-performance mindset
