Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 or more years of experience managing cross-functional projects, and a Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 is preferred. They should demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and the impact of various stakeholders and processes, as well as the ability to adapt to changing business environments. Strong communication skills and expertise in setting and managing customer expectations are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects for customer onboarding and business transformation, collaborating with multiple teams including Sales, Solutions Enablement, Operations, Engineering, and Services. This involves planning and coordinating project tasks, analyzing customer requirements, performing risk assessments, implementing mitigation plans, facilitating functional workstream discussions, and managing internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying project deliverables, milestones, and activities, utilizing standard tools and templates, and facilitating workshops to design customer requirements into efficient processes. Furthermore, you will remain updated on emerging standards and functionalities, and provide guidance to colleagues regarding best practices.
