Responsibilities
Lead quarterly planning activities by aggregating and reviewing project data using JIRA and Smartsheet, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Facilitate planning sessions and capacity management across the organization, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, and senior-level readouts to drive informed decision-making
Manage change requests and support continuous improvement for project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes
Provide research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects
Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
Manage project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports
Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects
Provide overall prioritization and direction of work assignments, team resources etc.; monitor and create project deliverables
Coordinate with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project
Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership
Act as a single point of contact for project status and maintain communication with stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings
Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to executive management; ensure effective implementation of solutions/changes
Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities in partnership with PMO and leadership to align resources with strategic priorities
Manage the complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time; develop budgets, timelines and track critical project achievements
Work with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals; coordinate the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees
