University Degree in business administration, economics, accounting or related quantitative field
3+ years of relevant professional experience in technical project management preferably within a fintech, payment institution or bank
Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, technical systems)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and spoken skills in both Greek and English languages
Meticulous and accurate, with strong organisation and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with excellent organisation around critical deadlines
Ability to use professional knowledge in optimizing business outcomes, system settings and processes
Highly numerical and analytical mindset (investigative, creative, logical, problem solving, technical knowledge)
Strong computer skills, in particular

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery)
Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets
Communicate with development/engineering teams and clients to align requirements
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Track KPIs and report project progress to management
Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies depending on the project scope
Coordinate and oversee technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Act as the key link between the technical team, management, and clients, translating business needs into actionable implementation plans
