Requirements

  • Ability to manage all aspects of large scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, with quality, and within budget
  • Skill in designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans for projects and monitoring progress and performance against them
  • Proficiency in identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to minimize delays
  • Experience facilitating and managing the analysis of project requirements, including identifying cost estimates, resources, and time required
  • Capability to ensure project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Competence in acting as a liaison with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions
  • Ability to conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status within and beyond the project team
  • Skill in working with stakeholders to identify and establish priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones
  • Experience ensuring project delivery to the satisfaction of internal and/or external clients
  • Ability to manage projects spanning a single business segment or two, and/or across corporate shared services like Software Development, Information Security, IT Development, Customer Service, and Training
  • Experience working across internal functional areas and/or with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing projects requiring simple to moderately complex customizations to standard processes and plans, using standard templates where applicable
  • Skill in managing project plans where the solution or product exists but needs simple to moderately complex modifications
  • Ability to manage and monitor time, scope, and cost for projects
