First level university degree with a focus in finance, accounting, system architecture
Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – good to have
Expert and in-depth understanding of financial systems and processes in several areas
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and senior leadership
Expert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge
Superior understanding of accounting principles
Excellent project management skills for running large, highly complex projects
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementation
Strong understanding of the company’s businesses and priorities

Responsibilities

Independently leads project teams to design and implementation of a system solution
Troubleshoots independently, quickly finding the root cause of the most complex issues and resolving them
Leads complex and large programs with cross-functional portfolio engagement across multiple time zones from original concept through final implementation with project team size over 20 members
Partners with internal customers to deliver reports and resolve the most complex issues
Uses in-depth knowledge and research to generate and implement innovative new ideas that will be integral in driving future success for the company across the globe
Solves problems independently and articulates complex issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individual contributors, sometimes outside of the job family, to bring about solutions
Maintains continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives, and makes recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent
Identifies, implements, and leads process improvement
Mentors and trains junior project resources
Represents the finance team across functions
Influences high value project design, selection and implementation
Identifies, develops and implements effective change management controls in partnership with key stakeholders
Uses tools and project management techniques to proactively identify risks/issues and develop go green plan with controlled mitigation plan
