Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, or Aha is required for developing project schedules. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle is also necessary. Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Visio is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Project Management Scheduler, the individual will be responsible for ensuring project schedule implementation, integrating work packages and constraints into project planning templates, updating and monitoring progress, producing accurate projections using scheduling tools, providing access to current reports and projections, discussing potential concurrent tasks and motivating Project Managers to develop mitigation plans, supporting design or redesign of processes, elaborating process improvement or value stream maps, influencing peers to meet objectives, consolidating data from different sources using Integrated Systems, and working with multiple project schedules to support a team or Project Managers and PMO organization.
