B.Tech - Civil
25+ years of experience
Hands-on approach with deep engagement in project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to regularly visit all project sites to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure work aligns with plans
Expertise in project cycle including defining development strategy, feasibility, buildability, value addition, value engineering, schedules, and micro-schedules
Proficiency in client interaction, including regular meetings, progress updates, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and presenting reports to clients and senior management
Strong team coordination skills for facilitating meetings with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align on goals
Capability to oversee multiple projects across design, procurement, and construction stages
Experience in on-site construction activities, providing guidance, implementing procedures, and ensuring coordinated execution
Ability to serve as point of escalation for project delivery issues with prompt resolution

Responsibilities

Manage operations in Bangalore and later South India as part of the Colliers Project Management team
Conduct regular visits to all project sites to stay on top of progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans
Hold regular meetings with clients to update on project progress, address concerns, manage expectations, and present reports on progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients
Facilitate meetings with site teams (project managers, engineers, contractors) to ensure alignment with project goals
Provide expertise and value addition during the project cycle, including defining development strategy with the project team and ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
Oversee multiple projects during design, procurement, and construction stages, including feasibility, buildability, value engineering, schedules, and implementation of micro-schedules
Actively engage in on-site construction activities, hand-holding the project team to implement procedures and ensure all activities are well-coordinated and efficiently executed
Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
