Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Production) and have over 6 years of relevant work experience, including progressive experience in Oil & Gas project management. A strong knowledge of core supply chain functions, experience with international and multicultural teams, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for project tracking and reporting are required. Additionally, understanding of incoterms and country-based regulations (HSE, quality, etc.), knowledge of project planning tools, a proactive problem-solving mindset, a client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value and innovation, and the ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in high-stakes environments are essential.

Responsibilities

The Project Management Lead is responsible for an assigned portfolio of projects with significant technical complexity and commercial risk, ensuring project execution, on-time delivery, profit and loss, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of fast-track oil & gas projects, developing detailed project schedules and cost estimates, and directing multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and logistics. The lead will ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality, and regulatory standards, drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes, serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, and prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and executive updates.
