Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams across HPE’s businesses to support strategic initiatives
Assist in cross-functional projects by gathering data, analyzing trends, and helping design practical solutions under guidance
Participate in team discussions to understand complex business challenges and contribute fresh perspectives
Support process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting enhancements
Help translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights to support program alignment and prioritization
Contribute to change management activities such as preparing communications and supporting stakeholder engagement
Create clear and engaging updates, presentations, or reports to share project progress with internal teams
