Position Overview

• Location Type: Remote
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay Rate: $35 - $40 /hr DOE and location
• Job Focus: Managing a 50-person team responsible for the training of an AI engine and coordinating work/hand-offs to alternate time zones. This role includes performance management, team morale, client engagement, stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement.
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 50 employees.
• Perform Performance Management.
• Manage KPI Management.
• Implement Process Improvement.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers.
• Ensure proper documentation and instructions are in place for remote teams.
• Manage the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams.
• Manage the scope of work and deliverables for the team.
• Learn new software programs on the job.
• Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them.
• Execute and Deliver on Process improvements.

Requirements

• Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude in one or more of the following: Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), Email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), project management (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Troubleshooting: Ability to assist in system troubleshooting and resolution.
• Proactive Approach: Exemplify a "Proactive Approach," attitude which includes a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork first & foremost.
• Internet Connectivity: A stable internet connection with a download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
