Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in translating desktop designs to mobile and vice versa, awareness of responsive design tradeoffs, and familiarity with contemporary generative AI models, particularly those for image creation and manipulation. They should also have confidence in the quality of their craft and be able to execute tactical work or contribute to strategy. Experience leading mobile-first and responsive design, as well as e-commerce or double-sided marketplaces, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Lead UX Designer will spearhead the design of innovative user experiences centered around Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Minted’s digital products, exploring ways generative AI can augment artwork and enable new forms of customer self-expression. They will maintain a connection to customer and artist needs, advocate for new features, lead with “How Might We” questions, build stakeholder alignment, collaborate with partners, and operate within a lean/agile development process. They will also be responsible for balancing multiple projects and contributing to the larger user journey vision.
