Responsibilities

Manage operations in Vijayawada and later South India as part of Colliers Project Management team
Conduct regular visits to all project sites to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans
Hold regular meetings with clients to update on progress, address concerns, manage expectations, and present reports on progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients
Facilitate meetings with site teams (project managers, engineers, contractors) to align on project goals
Provide expertise and value addition throughout project cycle, including defining development strategy with project team and ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
Oversee multiple projects during design, procurement, and construction stages, offering expertise on feasibility, buildability, value addition, value engineering, schedule, and micro-schedules
Hand-hold project team to implement procedures and ensure all activities are well-coordinated and efficiently executed
Actively engage in on-site construction activities, providing guidance and support to site team
Serve as the main point of escalation for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
