Compensation will be paid in the range of $220,000 - $240,000 base salary, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. The final amount is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
This is an onsite position.
Candidates need over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects, preferably hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or complex manufacturing facilities. A proven track record of delivering challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget, plus deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management are required.
