Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects (preferred: hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or very complex manufacturing facilities)
Proven track record of managing and delivering very challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget
Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
Ability to enjoy working under tight deadlines
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites
