  • Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects (preferred: hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or very complex manufacturing facilities)
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering very challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget
  • Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
  • Ability to enjoy working under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites
