Requirements

A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience with CAD systems (AUTOCAD or similar design software)
A solid understanding of engineering principles and system integration
An adaptable mindset – able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical groups

Responsibilities

Design Digital Operating Theatres that meet both clinical and technical requirements
Create 2D and 3D CAD designs to integrate with architects and builders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to define and refine project scope
Customise and configure our medical devices to create unique, fit-for-purpose solutions
Work closely with Project Managers and Installers to coordinate and review on-site implementation
Maintain exceptional quality and compliance standards through Stryker’s Quality Management System
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and quality outcomes
