Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Experience with CAD systems (AUTOCAD or similar design software)
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles and system integration

Responsibilities

  • Design Digital Operating Theatres that meet both clinical and technical requirements
  • Create 2D and 3D CAD designs to integrate with architects and builders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to define and refine project scope
  • Customise and configure our medical devices to create unique, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Installers to coordinate and review on-site implementation
  • Maintain exceptional quality and compliance standards through Stryker’s Quality Management System
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and quality outcomes
