Requirements

MBO Level 4 (technical field) or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role
Native Dutch speaker and fluency in English (English is our primary business language)
Project Management Skills – Ability to handle multiple projects & prioritize effectively
Strong Communication – Confident in engaging with customers & internal teams
Ability to work under pressure – Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and manage industrial gas installation projects from design to commissioning
Ensure all activities comply with Air Products’ safety standards and national regulations
Track and manage project budgets using SAP to maintain cost control
Deliver solutions that meet performance KPIs (capacity, temperature, pressure, etc.)
Work with internal teams (safety, logistics, commercial) and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Identify ways to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency
