Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in project engineering, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of global engineering standards and experience with Nitrogen/helium procedures are essential. Familiarity with PPS related procedures and compliance requirements is also needed.

Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, the individual will be responsible for delivering project engineering services while adhering to global engineering standards, liaising with Operations and Project Managers to meet client deadlines, supporting project account managers and the UK sales team, reporting potential revenue opportunities, participating in the on-call rota, developing and maintaining procedures and training materials, recommending capital purchases, ensuring timely engineering delivery, completing daily engineering sheets, participating in departmental meetings, developing relationships with Application Engineering, adhering to BHI policies, maintaining up-to-date competencies, and providing WPA support for competency signoff. They will also assist operations for holiday cover and provide technical guidance to Field Engineers, forecasting resource requirements, and reviewing site visits with Project Managers.
