Responsibilities

  • Act in Chief of Staff capacity: manage recurring meetings, strategy documents, meeting minutes, agendas, and action item tracking (strategic and tactical) for the Operations Innovation team
  • Provide elevated project and program support to the Operations Innovation team
  • Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables
  • Provide expert executive-level administrative support to the leader of the Operations Innovation team, including maintaining calendars, meeting/conference coordination, travel coordination (domestic/international), expense reports, preparing communications, and ordering supplies
  • Perform non-routine administrative tasks, including supporting special projects or assignments
  • Help track KPIs and financials; utilize Planisware for program information and updates
  • Assist with onboarding new direct staff and overall extended team onboarding program
  • Coordinate Town Halls, Leader Alignment Meetings, and Staff Meetings
  • Develop/draft communications and presentations in partnership with Operations Innovation Leadership
  • Maintain team SharePoint (“who we are” materials), current org charts, and email distribution lists
  • Contribute to culture of engagement
