Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will review project documentation for accuracy and completeness, manage project-specific documentation including equipment books and drawings, update document revisions, prepare subcontractor change orders, utilize scheduling tools to modify project schedules, communicate with manufacturers, vendors, and customers to gather information, attend project meetings and conferences, coordinate construction activities, manage project progress reports and cost analysis, oversee design efforts, compile comments for design reviews, secure project permitting, and manage internal and external design requirements.
