Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or project management
High degree of foresight and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive projects
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily, with constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
Dedicated team player willing to take on additional roles and responsibilities as needed
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Systematically organize, manage, and update all project-related documents for accuracy and accessibility
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and documentation; communicate updates to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Maintain project budgets, identify potential cost overruns, and track expenses
Monitor project progress, identify issues, report them to the project manager, and track action items
Identify potential risks and opportunities, collaborate with project managers to analyze them, and remove roadblocks
Stay informed on latest project management strategies, tools, and terminologies to recommend and implement productivity improvements
