Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of automotive-related projects, assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring all project lifecycle phases
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, ensure deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and overall project quality is maintained
  • Handle communication between departments, track project progress, prepare reports, and identify potential risks and issues early on
  • Create and maintain project schedules, facilitate reviews, document and track action items, develop/audit/maintain project records as required
  • Support PDP process and Project Management execution through visibility, standard work and lean common practices, best practices (application of lessons learned)
  • Track/maintain/audit risks, issues, escalations and action items
  • Support metrics gathering and project reporting (e.g. flawless launch metrics, ISO, etc.)
  • Follow global practices and processes that are inclusive and common between regions and sites
  • Maintain project information in appropriate tools (e.g. PlanView) and customers databases
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to Project Team
  • Provide administrative support to PM/CBU Team and projects including organizing the logistics for meetings, workshops, reports and other events
  • Support PjM in establishing and maintaining common project folder and storage, documenting project configuration management
