Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment. Strong change management skills are required, along with the ability to gather and document client requirements effectively. Experience with scoping change requests and collaborating with technical teams is also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Project and Transition Consultant, you will develop and utilize change management scoping documents to capture client requirements for modifications within SafeGuard World configurations, liaise with various teams to ensure proper documentation and sign-off, conduct scoping activities for new change requests, collaborate with Project Services Manager for project planning, lead requirements gathering sessions, and work collaboratively with clients and internal resources to meet project objectives. You will also oversee the transfer of information for operational support, document processes for ongoing operations, and participate in project-related meetings, validating operational requirements and contributing to improving processes and tools.
