  • Skills in arranging domestic and international travel, completing travel expense reports, and managing travel-related activities
  • Capability to act as a liaison, problem solver, facilitator, and first point of contact for VPs and teams
  • Experience in office management, including ordering/receiving supplies, catering, conference room scheduling, and handling visitors/deliveries
  • Ability to assist HR with candidate interview schedules and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in document maintenance, including communications processes, distribution lists, asset libraries, and message archives
  • Skills in managing agreements, contracts, and invoicing with external parties

Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects to solve complex problems regarding project, department, or division-related work; analyse problems, determine approach, compile/analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations
  • Manage E&C reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) by setting up/managing schedules, preparing reports, and liaising with contributors/stakeholders (e.g., Risk/Board team)
  • Manage collation and submission of bi-weekly reports for Regulatory Law and Ethics & Compliance teams
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and presentation preparation for regulator engagements, senior manager meetings, etc
  • Manage budget and monthly/quarterly invoicing for Regulatory Law and Ethics & Compliance teams; engage stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Provide executive administrative support: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage calendars, collate leadership team schedules
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and assist with individual projects
  • Assist with department office management (ordering/receiving supplies, catering) and conference room scheduling

  • Arrange domestic/international travel, complete expense reports, and manage travel activities
  • Coordinate team budgets/forecasts, track spend against forecasts
