The Project Administrator will provide logistical support and coordination for construction projects, ensuring smooth execution by managing schedules, maintaining project software updates, reviewing project-related emails for documentation, and collaborating closely with departments such as Estimating, Purchasing, Vendor Management, and Bookkeeping. They will also identify potential conflicts and roadblocks, maintain project schedules, and establish and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, ultimately supporting the Project Manager and contributing to the overall success of the project.
