Brief Description: The Project Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by managing logistical components and providing project status updates. They support Project Managers in coordinating tasks, scheduling vendors, and maintaining project schedules. They also review project-related emails and collaborate with various departments and external vendors.
Working Hours: USA hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (16:00 PM - 01:00 AM South African time - subject to change depending on daylight savings).
Work Environment: Remote role for South African Citizens only.
Internet Requirements: A fixed fiber line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fiber line cannot be considered.
Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
