Project Administrator(Construction Services) - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote working role with no office requirements.

The role requires working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, which is 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM South Africa time, subject to daylight savings.

Experience in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Construction Project Administration, or Maintenance is required.

Candidates need to be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, strong verbal and written English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a professional phone manner.

A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for outages.
