Responsibilities

Support the rollout and adoption of new programs and processes across the Urban Planning service line
Assist with project coordination, ensuring accurate setup, compliance, time recording, and reporting within our systems
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams, helping streamline communication between technical teams, finance, and operations
Maintain high-quality system data, documentation, and reporting to support business insights and decision-making
Assist with onboarding, training, and continual improvement initiatives focused on operational and commercial excellence
Provide general office and event coordination support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
