Responsibilities

Review and process consultant/vendor invoices
Resolve outstanding payment issues
Ensure accurate project setups and budgets for revenue generation
Support the Project Manager and team with financial reporting and special tasks
Maintain and close out project accounts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition
Manage accounts receivable and prevent aging
Prepare deposits and process cash receipts
