Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related discipline, and demonstrate at least two years of experience in data management or analysis, with a preference for experience in international operations or non-profit organizations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

The Programs and Data Associate will assist Enveritas in managing verification operations and data analysis work across Asia and Africa, specifically focusing on surfacing trends and insights to support data-driven decisions for coffee roasters. They will contribute to the data quality control process for coffee origins, support the management of Enveritas' survey and data collection tools, design and scale new tools and SOPs for country teams, and conduct special analysis projects on sustainability topics. Furthermore, they will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to develop new initiatives and gain direct experience in coffee production through field visits and stakeholder meetings.
