The starting salary is $70k dependent upon licensure, with a $1000 sign-on bonus and bonus potential. Spanish speakers receive a $1.50/hourly bilingual differential.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based in Cape May, New Jersey.
A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline and clinical licensure (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT) are required. Key skills include the ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and utilize time effectively. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are also necessary.
