Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Clinical Licensure required (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and utilize time effectively and efficiently
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, use an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provides direction, management, supervision, and coordination of the IOTSS / MH IOP program
  • Effectively engages all client populations
  • Continually assesses client needs
  • Evaluates mental health diagnosis and creates/implements a treatment plan, completing ongoing documentation (intake, diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to Acenda policy
  • Provides individual and group counseling (weekly and biweekly) to a small caseload
  • Provides services in a manner consistent with Acenda’s ethics and regulations
  • Completes timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, intakes, initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Provides appropriate intervention strategies and adjusts services accordingly
  • Provides Weekly Clinical Supervision for Associate Therapists (LAC, LSW, MFT) - group and individual
  • Completes required paperwork and documentation for interns/associate counselors (supervision contracts, evaluations, signing hour logs, progress notes, treatment plans, internship/clinical hours completion documentation)
  • Takes part in case conferences regarding clients in crisis or in need of specific linkage and/or treatment outside of Acenda
