Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
Fulfill Account PMO Lead role with focus on account operational oversight, governance, team leadership, and process improvement
Prepare and coordinate regular account governance materials for ACN account leadership team and Client, covering resourcing, commercials, delivery, risks/issues/actions, and other updates
Supervise and oversee Account PMO activities, managing a team of 3 junior PMO members (resource management and CDP, commercials, pipeline management), and collaborate with CFM and CM team
Oversee onboarding, contracting, and offboarding processes, resolving challenges in collaboration with Accenture delivery teams and Client
Provide delivery, resourcing, and commercial support at the program level as requested by leadership
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes and utilizing delivery tooling
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
