Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant certifications in change management or project management are beneficial. The role requires demonstrated expertise in at least one transformation discipline, a strong track record of successful stakeholder management across organizational levels, and robust data analysis and visualization capabilities. A solid understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends, strong program management and organization skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills with a lens to Return on Investment are essential. Excellence in stakeholder management and communication, strategic thinking, team leadership, influence skills, and a process improvement mindset are also required.
The Program Manager - Transformation is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives, managing large, organization-wide, cross-functional projects, and activating company strategy by partnering with stakeholders to implement change. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans, creating and deploying processes and tools with cross-functional business leaders, and demonstrating exceptional influence and relationship-building capabilities. The role also involves driving continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, championing change management strategies, creating and maintaining program documentation, identifying and resolving program obstacles, providing thought leadership, and executing with urgency and personal accountability.
