Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years in consulting, advisory services, or performance improvement in a hospital or acute care setting
2+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery or advisory projects
Strong leadership and team management experience
Proven ability to create impactful executive-level communications and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 70%
Fluency in English, including technical and healthcare terminology

Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes across multiple solution areas
Client Engagement: Act as the day-to-day liaison with clients and delivery team, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and delivery of contracted value
Strategic Execution: Support the development and execution of the program vision, applying critical thinking and structured problem-solving to deliver high-value solutions
Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and pain points to maintain project momentum and quality
Change Management: Guide clients through complex transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable value realization
Communication & Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful executive-level presentations and program updates
Business Development: Identify upsell opportunities and support sales efforts through subject matter expertise, client engagement, and thought leadership
