Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Trusted Tester Program (TTP) onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners
- Serve as a key point of contact for trusted testers, coordinating with cross-functional partners in Developer Relations, Engineering, and Partnerships to address their needs
- Help schedule and prepare for partner meetings and workshops, and assist in collecting and summarizing critical model feedback through surveys and other methods
- Track technical issues and feature requests from testers in our internal issue tracking system (Taskflow) to ensure they are addressed by the technical team
- Support product launches, such as the Gemini Robotics-ER 1.5 Preview on AI Studio, by helping to track the creation of developer documentation and coordinating with commercialization teams
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external partners on data acquisition and data labeling efforts to support the broader robotics team
